The Mukhtarov Palace built with love and compassion, a place that makes a pleasant impression on everyone, has halls where you can easily hold your official events, conferences and presentations suitable to your taste and event. Time passes, but as a continuation of the love story, Palace of Happiness has maintained its reputation as the main venue for solemn wedding ceremonies for many years now.

The building was re-planned and divided into two parts according to its purpose after renovation and restoration works. The first part is designed for official receptions and business meetings, while the second part is designed for weddings. In addition to spacious halls in the building, the building also has an open terrace. The Palace of Happiness' interior is furnished in a classic manner, with Rococo-style reception and waiting halls, as well as chambers for providing technological and technical service during the reception.
Guests will also enjoy the official meeting room, which has an interior created in Gothic and Rococo styles, as well as big halls for official speeches and other ancillary spaces. There is a large, bright hall with a glass ceiling, distinguished by its exotic beauty, designed for holding conferences and official events in the palace.

As a result of major reconstruction work done with great taste and taking into account all parameters, another Baku architectural monument was given new life, and the Palace of Happiness's former glory was enhanced.
